These terms apply when you use the Beginners Yoga Studio website (beginnersyogastudio.com) and buy our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Beginners Yoga Studio is run by The Chair Yoga Studio, Voorhees, New Jersey, United States. Contact: shopartet@gmail.com.

2. Our products

We sell digital guides, delivered as PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars, and taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Your licence to use the guide

When you buy a guide, you get a personal licence to download, view and print it for your own use. You may not copy, share, upload, resell or distribute the guide, in whole or in part, or use it to teach paid classes without our written permission. All content, including text and images, belongs to Beginners Yoga Studio.

4. Health and safety

Our guides contain general fitness information and are not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a health condition. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You practise at your own risk.

5. Refunds

Because our products are instant downloads, all sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Beginners Yoga Studio is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of our guides. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
